- How do I configure and control spam filtering for my domain(S)?
- There is nothing to configure! The new filtering is fully managed and kept updated and tweaked by real human spam editors every 5 minutes. You will receive a daily digest report of emails that were not delivered to you, with a link to release those mails to your inbox if needed. Any emails that are 100% known spam are deleted and not quarantined.
- Who will receive the digest for my domain or mailbox?
- Each mailbox user or alias will receive their own personal digest relevant to spam which was filtered from their email address only.

- When will my daily digest arrive?
- It should be between 7am and 9am each morning (GMT) that you receive your spam digest report.

- How long are spam emails quarantined?
- Spam is kept for 5 days in quarantine allowing you that time to release any emails you do want delivered. After 5 days the emails are deleted permenantly.

- How do I retrieve falsely quarantined email?
- You can release any emails which are not spam by clicking a link next to that email in your digest. You will also be able to report those emails as not-spam for future filtering.
