Answers
- How should I supply the text content for the website?
- All text information to be included in the project should be presented to us in either digital format (i.e. Microsoft Word document or similar), or as text in the contents of an email or neatly typed hard copy suitable for faxing.

- How should I supply the image content for the website?
- All images to be included in the project, with the exception of custom graphics, should be presented to us in either digital format (i.e. stored on cd or floppy-disk) or as photographic/printed material suitable for scanning and optimizing.

- What about domain registration?
- We will register the domain(s) of your choice in your name.

- Will I be able to see how my website is progressing?
- Yes. Your website will be temporarily stored on the our server (e.g. www.accordinternet.co.uk/yoursite), where it can be viewed at any time during construction. We encourage you to do this and ask that you share your thoughts (good or bad) throughout the website design and development process.

- When checking the progress of my website, nothing seems to have changed.
- You may be looking at what is called a "cached
page". This may be caused by your browser (Internet
Explorer, Netscape etc) or your ISP. All ISP's
cache, or save pages you have previously looked
at via their servers. If you look at these pages
at a later date, your ISP will send you the
same cached pages to save on their bandwidth
and processor usage. The only thing you can
do is hit the refresh or reload button on your
browser to clear the cache on your computer.
If there is still no change then it may be a
few hours, or possibly even a day
or two, before your ISP serves
the updated page.

- How do I setup Outlook Express to download email from my domain?
- You will have to configure your email program. Configure Outlook Express.

- What about payment?
- After a free consultation and before initiation of
the project, a deposit shall be payable.
On completion, any remaining balance shall be
payable four working days before final upload
to server. Payments may be made by cash or cheque.

- What about V.A.T.?
- No VAT is charged. The price quoted is the price you pay.

- How will my website be found on the internet?
- Your website will be submitted to various search engines, indexes and web directories e.g. Google, The Open Directory, MSN, Alta Vista, AllTheWeb, Lycos, to name a few. Paid inclusion services are also available.
